If you have Apartment Life, this probably looks familiar: It is the neighbourhood deco Bella Goth statue, only scaled down about a thousand times and with a new base. Now your Sims can have their very own statue of the one and only Bella! 
This is object is high poly; the ‘hood deco is over 2,100 polys and I’ve only edited the base (which of course is the part that’s lowest in poly), so the table version has almost 2,000 polys. If you’re on a slow computer, you may want to limit the number of Bella statues in your houses – sad, I know, but what can you do. 
The statue comes with two recols for Bella herself and three for the base. I take no credit whatsoever for the Bella texture; it comes straight from the AL statue. It is not slaved to it, though, so you don’t need AL for it to display.
